I just *don't* get it. I wish I could say this was the first time Jacob has stuck something up his nose, but it's not. John likes to put things in his ears. What is the fascination? I'll never know. I hope they get their fill soon though. I don't relish fishing things out of noses or ears. Especially things that don't belong there.

Yikes, that's one phase we didn't go through here. Now if I could just get Hope to keep her fingers out of her nose, it would all be good.
Here's hoping you got it out without to much difficulty.
OMG! That isnt cool! My BIL had to have surgery when he was little because he shoved a popcorn kernel in his ear and it got lodged. And then when I was having my appendics taken out (I was 23) there was a little girl next to me having the same surgery as BIL did all those years ago because she had shoved multiple kernels in her ear in a contest with another child to see how many they could get in there. LOL. Can you imagine the moms talking about that trick?
Wish I knew what the fascination was too. I had to use tweezers to get a bead out of my niece's nose last year and she was 4...definitely knew better. Mine just like to snort their food (milk, yogurt)...small objects better not be next!
I've been pretty lucky so far... Knock on wood. Hopefully this phase will be short! :)
Haven't had a 'nose stuffer' yet. Thank goodness. I remember swallowing a penny when I was little. Mom thought I'd get hoof and mouth disease from it. Didn't. Life sure is exciting at your house! We just have make-up drama here. Kate is a bloodhound at sniffing out the contraband make-up. (The play make-up that is, I don't personally own any).
Gracie stuck a tiny google eye in her ear. It took us hours to figure out how to get that sucker out. It was ridiculous.
I don't get it either. Something about holes and little objects.
My friend and I had to take her daughter to the doctor to get a bead out of her ear once. They laughed. :)
They sure keep you hopping!! The only thing we have had to deal with is peas in the ear.
So what was that little red thing he shoved in his nose?
I am not looking forward to this...AT ALL! My brother was a pro at this. To this day he still has issues from all the crud he shoved up his nose.

All I can say is UGH! I had a sister who did this all the time growing up. It was not good.
Hi Angie, this is Becky. I'm not really writing, I don't know what I'm doing, but Kristen and Natalie are showing me your blog and I wanted to tell you that David use to stick battle ship pieces up his nose.
