I'm with you! Rarely do I make resolutions...too disappointing when I can't keep up with it.
I haven't decided whether to make resolutions this year or not. I kind of liked Arizona's decision to make a very short list of very attainable resolutions. Maybe that will give me some success and momentum. Can't wait to see how your new method works!

Usually I don't make resolutions either, but this year I made 3 easy ones. Really, how hard is it to listen to more music and drink more wine? lol! Now, the butt work may be more difficult..... Its true that when you voice your resolutions there is alot of pressure to keep them. Too much pressure!
