I'm in a rut. Can't think of anything intelligent to write about. Today has been sort of an adventure though. Got locked out of my house by 6 kids under 6 years of age inside. Alone. Hiding in the shower. If one of Emma's friends hadn't unlocked the door, I would have never known that 6 little people were giggling uncontrollably in the shower. Now this is the stuff memories are made of. "Remember that time we were in Kindergarten and locked your mom out of the house and hid in the shower?"

Wow, I would have lost my marbles!! I'm glad it all worked out in the end.
I am sure it wasn't so funny at the time, but what a cute memory. Thanks for sharing.
hee hee...sorry to laugh your pain, but all I can keep thinking is of all the little ones giggling in the shower!
HA! Certainly not funny at the time, but you'll love this story.
Trust me.
Uh oh...this was your lesson to hide a key somewhere:) And come to think of it...I need to go home and hide a key for myself!
♥ I don't think I would have been very happy!
I don't even know what to say...I think I would have had a major meltdown!!!
That's too funny!! You might not laugh about it later, but they sure will!!
I've locked myself out of the house before, but never with kids inside. Glad to hear that you got back in and everyone was OK.
Ha ha ha ha ha! Urm, must not have been funny at the time though : )
my sisters and a friend did that to us once and then one of my sisters cracked open her head and my stepfather had to crawl in the window. it definitely makes for memories!
LOL!! That is funny. Only because I too have been locked out and had to climb in via a teeny tiny window, so I know your pain. I now have a key hidden... LOL
LOL!!! So funny. I'm sorry :)
oh my! That SHOULD have had a picture! glad that you got back in! Note to self, never leave the house without the keys! :)
haha, sounds like something I would have done as a kid. Thanks for the compliments. I'm "cleaning up" my family blog right now and decided to erase personal blogs and post those on my personal page instead. I'm still deciding how I want to organize this thing.
think it's funny, won't be painful
:)
too funny! Glad you were able to get back inside before anything bad happened!
ROFLMBO!!!!!!
My hubby (who has NO Forethought), has told our kids how he and his brother and sister (4 kids in 5 yrs) use to lock their babysitter out of the house by tricking her to go outside and then they would climb in through one of those old doors they would put milk through when milk was delivered. (they lived in an old family house growing up).
That's pretty funny. I can't believe they had the guts to do that! What happend once you got inside?
I totally already commented on this but its gone or never made it.
That is totally funny. From my point of view, not yours!
LOL!
holy cow! no fun ! but yes memory maker for sure. too bad you didn't get a picture of them all hiding. that would be classic. but far more than i'd ever actually manage. WOW!
Oh my! that is something! I am with you on the lack of substance to write about but my monday was not nearly as adventurous! Too funny!
That's too funny. Never happen at my house though, we never lock the door, except at night. My kids would never think to lock a door!
The shower is where I giggle too...
Gracie once locked all of us outside when she was terrified of ants. She locked the door while we were playing in the yard to make sure none of them got in!!
For a non-intelligent writing day, you sure wrote a fun post!
Sooo funny! I can hear all of the giggles now! (But, I would have probably been a little floored wondering what was going on inside!) So glad that you were able to break in!
