Starting a new race?

I thought I'd heard them all. All the funny, not so funny and just plain assinine comments people make about our family. This weekend I realized I hadn't heard them all. Someone asked Jeff and me if we were trying to start our own race. Not as in a team relay, but as in a new race, like group of people. A new ethnicity. So it made me think. If we were a whole new race of people, what would we be characterized by? I'm going to have to think on this one!

I thought I had heard them all...this one is kinda strange. Is it a backhanded compliment?

I wonder if it was one of those moments for him where he wished he could have taken it back the moment he said it??? Helloooooww!

Honestly? That was completely outrageous. Your too nice to have let the dude have it. Actually, I'm so un-clever when it really counts most that I would have just stood there and said something completely stupid back. But, if you were a race, you'd be known for complete adorableness!

Jeff and I both looked at him and then put the kids in the car and left. I mean, what is there to say? WEIRD!
