Oh my Angie! I had my oreck "tuned up" a few weeks ago and they only kept it overnight thankgoodness! They included new belts and a bag in the tune up and my vacuum needed some TLC. I love my Oreck! Hope the belts come soon, two weeks is slow!
Stark's Vacuum (several locations in PDX) has all the stuff you need for your vacuum. I can pick something up if you need! :-) Let me know!
