Ever wonder what 3 days worth of laundry looks like for a family of 7? Wonder no longer....and, in case you are thinking "that's not that much"......there are 3 more stacks behind the ones you see.
Good for you! I can only imagine that your laundry like mine, all day everyday kind of job and I have one less. I would love to take a picture like that, but my laundry would have to be done. LOL!
You are a superhero. Seriously. Now comes the part I absolutely hate. Putting it away!!! UGH! Detest that. Hey, I tried to call you today. Don't know what my problem was but I tried 3 times and it never rang. Just pure nothingness. I thought we should play tomorrow, but I'm up for whatever! Call me!
I don't have to wonder. I live it! I just try not to think about it! When you were a little girl playing house did you ever dream that one day you would be doing laundry for 7 people?! Crazy isn't it! I'm still dreaming for my own washer and dryer instead of sharing with my whole building. I should have kept track of all the trips I've made to our laundry room at the end of our building. In the 5 1/2 years that we've been here that could be a lot of trips. I just keep telling myself that it's a good way to burn calories! I've loved looking at all your photos and all that's going on with the family. Hopefully we can talk soon!
First I want to say that this blog is fabulous and I really must start one of my own! I love that I can keep up with you and the fam.
About the laundry... I am with Laura. I am appalled at the amount of laundry you do / I must be doing. I just have never had it done and folded all at the same time and in the same place before. That is something special to behold!
Oh girl! So much laundry! To keep it under control for my 7, I have to do 3 loads a day. It is insane!!!! I think I need to teach the older 2 how to do their own laundry and assign them days once we get settled in the new house!
I am LOVING reading your blog! I enjoy the thoughts, insight and humor of raising a big family. I love the comments that family and friends are leaving. This is a lot of fun, thank you Angie.
You truly are amazing. When we move to Oregon, you guys will have to come down and visit with my sister, Heidi, who has 9 kids. You would be amazed at some of her tricks to keep things going. I truly admire and am grateful for the wonderful women that I know that have many children and serve their families so beautifully. I can't help but think what their reward will be.
